Join us behind the scenes for a very special dinner in Sydney at Bambini Trust Restaurant & Wine Room. We dimmed the lights and dined by candlelight, surrounded by some of our favourite people.
We arrived in Sydney on a crisp blue day and plummeting temperatures were making headlines, the thought of getting cosy by candlelight was eagerly anticipated.
With an intimate guest list and a luxurious venue, the spicy and warming scent of French Pear permeated the air setting the scene for a memorable night and cementing special memories through fragrance.

Our most iconic and loved ECOYA fragrances include Guava & Lychee Sorbet, French Pear, Sweet Pea & Jasmine and Lotus Flower - they are memorable and evocative, so taking a moment to celebrate them with some incredibly talented people made for a special occasion.


Enjoying fragrance comes in many different forms and on this special occasion, we indulged all our senses. Bambini Head Chef executed a bespoke menu that took inspiration from four core fragrances that showcased the freshest produce of the week. The cocktail list was bursting with the influence of our hero fragrances, including the favourite of the night – the Lychee Martini.
