Q&A
- I have a Tesla. Will the car diffuser fit? Thank you
- Hi Van, thanks for your question! Due to the unique display of the air vents our current design of the Car Diffuser unit may not be suitable - ECOYA
- Will these new car diffuser pods fit the older car diffuser? If not, do you still sell the older pod refills?
- Hi Jonathan, Unfortunately the new fragrance pods don't fit in the old design, so sorry for the inconvenience here! While we don't sell the older pod refills, you may still be able to find them at a local stockist near you. If you need any help finding a stockist, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@ecoya.com - ECOYA x
- Hi, how wide does the clip part open? Just not sure if it will work with my air vent, thanks!
- Hi Kelly, thank you for your question! Our Car Diffuser is designed to fit most air vents as it has adjustable prongs. The prongs can stretch out to 1cm and it works best with vents that have a 2-inch diameter to ensure enough air flow reaches the plate. Let us know if you have any other questions! ❤︎ - ECOYA x
- Hi, I would like to continue using my old car diffuser, do the new pods fit the old holder?
- Thanks for your question! The new pods unfortunately don’t fit the old car diffuser. However, if you'd like to find a nearby stockist you can send us an email at hello@ecoya.com, we'd love to help! - ECOYA x
- can I order the holder of the car diffuser, as I have already bought from you the sachet scent
- Hi Maria, thanks for your question! The Car Diffuser and Fragrance Pods are sold separately under the 'Car Diffuser' tab of our website. If you need any further help, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team via hello@ecoya.com ♥ - ECOYA x
- Are the original car diffusers still available? Do the pods fit both types of diffusers? There seems to be a price difference depending on the retailer.
- Hi Cheryl, thank you for your questions! The old Car Diffuser pods are compatible with the new design, so you can use any you still have. However, we’re excited for you to try the new fragrance pods, they deliver an even stronger fragrance throw for an improved experience! As for pricing, our stockists set their own prices, so there may be some variation. However, all pricing on our website remains consistent. Let us know if we can help with anything else! - ECOYA x
