Instructions For Use

Ensure you have purchased an ECOYA Fragrance Flask. Remove lid from the Fragrance Flask and insert into the base of the Plug-In Diffuser. Plug into an upright wall socket and switch on power. Ensure the fragrance flask is kept vertical at all times. In case of spillage, wipe surface immediately with damp soft cloth.

Safety Instructions

Keep away from flames and out of the way of children and pets. Do not swallow if ingestion of fragrance pod does occur. Rinse mouth with water and seek medical advice. Avoid fragrance pod from contacting skin. If extended contact does occur, rinse thoroughly with soap and water.

Warning: May cause an allergic skin reaction. Keep out of reach of children. If on skin: wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or a rash occurs, seek medical advice/attention.

Are The Plug-In Diffusers & Fragrance Flasks Sold Separately?

Currently, the Plug-In diffuser and Fragrance Flasks are sold separately to give you the flexibility to customise your fragrance whenever you like.

How Long Can I Leave My Plug-In Diffuser On?

As outlined in our safety guidelines (available online and on our packaging), we recommend using the device for a maximum of 6 hours at a time. This prevents overheating, which can impact diffusion and fragrance throw.

How Do I Use The Plug-In And Fragrance Flask?

Before starting, remove the white cap on the Fragrance Flask and slide the Flask into place until you hear a ‘click.’

The Plug-In Diffuser unit should be plugged directly into a wall socket and not used with extension plugs or cords.

Leave your Plug-In Diffuser on for 1 hour initially to allow the wick to fully absorb the fragrance.

For safety and optimal use, please only run your Plug-In Diffuser for a maximum of 6 hours at a time and ensure it’s in a well-ventilated space.

Is It Safe For Pets?

Our fragrances are phthalate-free, making them safe for pets! However, some pets can have allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients just like people.
